Administrative and Regulatory Searches - Law Enforcement Officers - Search Warrant Requirements

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a law enforcement officer, regardless of whether the officer is accompanied by or claims to be acting on behalf of specified persons or the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene or an agent or employee of the Secretary, from entering a place of business to search for evidence of a crime without a valid search warrant; etc.
