Creation of a State Debt - Dorchester County - Dorchester Arts Center
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,275,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the
Dorchester Arts Center, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, and
capital equipping of the center to convert it into a community center
for the arts that will include gallery space, studios, classes,
performing arts, and handicapped access, located in Cambridge;
providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a
requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
