Synopsis:

Altering the membership of the State Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists; requiring that one member of the Board be licensed by the Board under a specified title; requiring licensees of the Board to meet specified requirements to qualify to administer and interpret instruments which require specialized psychological training; requiring certain individuals to be licensed by the Board to administer and interpret instruments which require specialized psychological training before using specified titles; etc.
