Synopsis:

Recognizing that specified Piscataway Indian groups are entitled to Maryland Indian status under specified circumstances; providing for recognition as a Piscataway descendent; requiring the Commission on Indian Affairs to adopt regulations; and providing for the effect of the Act on entitlements and tax exemptions.
