Education - Geographic Cost of Education Index - Funding

Synopsis:

Requiring that the foundation program of the Bridge to Excellence in Public Schools Act be adjusted in a specified manner to reflect regional differences in the cost of education in accordance with a geographic cost of education index for fiscal year 2005 and thereafter; and repealing an obsolete provision of law.
