Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Human Resources and the Secretary of Budget and Management to develop specified caseload ratios using specified criteria; requiring the Secretary of Human Resources and the Secretary of Budget and Management to submit a report on a plan for implementation of reduced caseload ratios on or before a specified date; requiring the Secretary of Human Resources to employ a specified number of caseworkers and casework supervisors on or before a specified date; etc.
