Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays Critical Area Protection Program - Dwelling Units

Synopsis:

Requiring a local jurisdiction to include all dwelling units in calculating the 1-in-20 acre density ratio under the Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays Critical Area Protection Program, with a specified exception; defining the term "dwelling unit" as it applies to the critical area program; authorizing a local jurisdiction to consider one additional dwelling unit as part of a primary dwelling unit under specified circumstances; and providing for the prospective application of the Act.
