Synopsis:

Allowing the Maryland State Board of Morticians to issue a permit to an imam authorized by an Islamic center or mosque to handle, transport, and work with a dead human body without a mortician's license in performing an Islamic funeral service; allowing the Maryland State Board of Morticians to issue certain permits; etc.
