Authorizing the Board of Liquor License Commissioners for Baltimore
City to determine under specified circumstances the time during which
a license may be deemed unexpired; allowing a licensee to make a
request under specified circumstances for an extension of a license on
the grounds that an undue hardship caused the closing of the
licensee's business or the cessation of alcoholic beverages business
operations; etc.
