Synopsis:

Specifying that the Executive Secretary of the Board of Liquor License Commissioners for Baltimore City or the Executive Secretary's designee is the administrative officer of the Board; and authorizing the Executive Secretary or the Executive Secretary's designee to take disciplinary action against or terminate the employment of employees of the Board under specified conditions.
