Health - Chore and Companion Service Agencies - Registration

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt regulations that set standards for the care, treatment, health, safety, welfare, and comfort of individuals who receive chore and companion services from chore and companion service agencies; requiring chore and companion service agencies to conduct criminal background checks of the individuals it refers and maintain a surety bond in the form and amount determined by the Department through regulation; etc.
