Income Tax - Subtraction Modification - Military Retirement Income

Synopsis:

Altering the subtraction modification under the Maryland income tax for military retirement income over a specified period of time; providing that retirement income that is included in the subtraction for military retirement income may not be taken into account for purposes of a specified subtraction modification for individuals who are at least 65 years old, totally disabled, or whose spouse is totally disabled; and applying the Act to tax years beginning after December 31, 2004.
