State Lottery Tickets - Baltimore City Surcharge

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to pass an ordinance imposing a surcharge on State lottery tickets purchased in the City of Baltimore; and requiring the Mayor and City Council to determine the amount of the surcharge imposed and to use the revenues raised to benefit public elementary and secondary schools, public libraries, and services that aid the homeless.
