Synopsis:

Requiring a local department of social services to advise a parent alleged to have abused or neglected the parent's child of the specific complaints against the parent within a specified time period; and requiring all employees of a local department investigating child abuse and neglect allegations to be trained in protecting specified rights of specified persons.
