Driver Responsibility Act

Synopsis:

Requiring an individual holding a driver's license to pay specified additional fees if 5 or more points have been assessed against the individual within a specified time period or the individual has been convicted of specified alcohol- or drug-related offenses; establishing the Medical Assistance Program Fund; requiring specified fees charged under the Act to be deposited into the Fund; etc.
