Synopsis:

Creating the Private Commercial Air Ambulance Pilot Program for Prince George's Hospital Center; requiring that the Pilot Program be administered by the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems, in cooperation with the Aviation Division of the Special Operations Bureau of the Department of State Police; requiring the Institute and the Aviation Division to close a specified helicopter base and refer specified calls to specified private commercial air ambulance services and helicopters; etc.
