Higher Education - Nursing Scholarships

Synopsis:

Altering the service obligation requirements to enable specified recipients to perform service obligations working as a full-time or part-time nurse; authorizing the Maryland Higher Education Commission to award nursing scholarships to nursing students attending a specified out-of-state institution under specified circumstances; and making the Act an emergency measure.
