Entitled:
National Flood Insurance Program - Tropical Storm/Hurricane Isabel

Synopsis:

Urging the Congress of the United States to review the National Flood Insurance Program, encourage the Program to work closely with the Maryland Insurance Administration to improve the process and ensure fair consideration of claims, and consider changes to the Program that would improve coordination and the handling of claims and other aspects of the Program.
