Entitled:
Public School Construction Assistance Act of 2005

Synopsis:

Imposing recordation and transfer taxes on the transfer of controlling interest in an entity that owns interests in real property in Maryland that constitute at least 80% of the value of the entity's assets and have an aggregate value of at least $1,000,000; requiring specified local recordation tax revenues and specified State transfer tax revenues for fiscal 2005 through 2008 to be dedicated to public school construction and renovation; etc.
