Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Education to designate specified public high schools in Baltimore City as voter registration agencies; requiring specified public high schools in Baltimore City to distribute a voter registration application to specified students on a specified date; and requiring the Chief Executive Officer of Baltimore City Public Schools to designate specified individuals to develop and implement a voter registration program for students.
