Municipal Corporations - Special Taxing Districts - Public Safety

Synopsis:

Authorizing municipal corporations in the State to create within their respective corporate limits special taxing districts for the purpose of financing capital and operating costs to enhance police, fire protection, and rescue services; and authorizing municipal corporations in the State to fix, impose, and collect ad valorem or special taxes and issue bonds or other obligations for specified purposes.
