Synopsis:

Requiring the Office of the Secretary of State to establish an Address Confidentiality Program for victims of domestic violence; establishing eligibility requirements; establishing application and certification procedures; prohibiting false statements in an application; establishing certification cancellation procedures; authorizing a Program participant to request that State and local agencies use a substitute address designated under the Program as the Program participant's address; etc.
