Synopsis:

Requiring nursing homes and assisted living program facilities to have and maintain automated external defibrillators at the facilities; requiring nursing homes and assisted living program facilities to have automated external defibrillator operators on-site 24 hours each day; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt regulations regarding the training requirements for automated external defibrillator operators; etc.
