POW/MIA Flag Display on State House Grounds

Synopsis:

Requiring the POW/MIA flag of the National League of Families of American Prisoners and Missing in Southeast Asia to be flown on the State House grounds each year on Memorial Day and each day of Memorial Day weekend, POW/MIA Recognition Day in September, and Veterans' Day and each day of Veterans' Day weekend; and requiring the State House Trust to determine the site on the State House grounds where the POW/MIA flag will be flown.
