Agriculture - Animal Health - Administrative Penalties

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Secretary of Agriculture to impose an administrative penalty on any person who violates specified animal health requirements relating to livestock and poultry; establishing the maximum penalty; establishing the Animal Health Fund as a special, nonlapsing fund that may be used only for specified purposes; providing for the distribution of specified penalties to the Fund; requiring the Secretary to adopt regulations; and defining a term.
