Entitled:
Secretary of Agriculture - Animal Health - Reports

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Agriculture to maintain animal health reports in a manner that protects the identity of the animal owner under specified circumstances; authorizing the disclosure of the identity of the animal owner if the Secretary determines it necessary in order to protect public health or prevent the spread of disease; and requiring the Secretary to consult with the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene in determining whether disclosure is necessary.
