Procurement - Exemptions - Policies and Procedures

Synopsis:

Requiring specified units to have written policies and procedures for the procurements exempt from the procurement law; providing for specified exceptions; establishing requirements for the written policies and procedures; requiring units to submit written policies and procedures to the Board of Public Works or specified other authorities for review the beginning of each fiscal year; declaring the intent of the General Assembly; etc.
