Somerset County - Alcoholic Beverages - Liquor Control Board - Reserve Fund - County Dispensaries

Synopsis:

Increasing from $48,000 to $150,000 the limit on the reserve fund maintained by the Somerset County Liquor Control Board; increasing from $35,000 and $45,000 to $50,000 the maximum amount of money the county dispensaries shall receive from the reserve fund; and changing the name of one of the county dispensaries.
