Requiring insurers that issue or deliver homeowner's insurance
policies or contracts in the State to provide coverage for losses that
result from mold or mold remediation under specified circumstances;
providing that the aggregate coverage limit for mold and mold
remediation may not be less than a specified amount for specified
losses; prohibiting an insurer from charging an additional deductible
for specified claims; etc.
