Prescription Drugs - Label with Audible Capability

Synopsis:

Requiring a pharmacy to have the capability to provide, on the request of a patient with a documented vision impairment, a prescription drug label with audible capability; making a pharmacy eligible for a tax credit under specified circumstances; establishing limits on the tax credit; defining a term; and providing for the application of the Act.
