Charitable Gaming - Reporting Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Comptroller to collect specified information on gaming activities conducted by charitable and nonprofit organizations in the State and to report that information on an annual basis to the Governor and the General Assembly; requiring the Comptroller to adopt specified regulations by which charitable and nonprofit organizations are required to record and report revenues, expenses, and other information relating to their gaming activities; etc.
