Entitled:
Income Tax Credit for Graduate Level Education - Nonpublic School Teachers

Synopsis:

Allowing teachers in nonpublic schools approved by or registered with the State to claim a credit against the State income tax under specified circumstances for up to $1,500 of tuition paid by the teacher for graduate level education required to maintain certification; and applying the Act to tax years after 2004.
