Synopsis:

Repealing a provision entitling the Chairman and members of the Howard County Board of Education to a specified allowance for travel and other expenses; and providing that the Chairman and members of the Howard County Board of Education are entitled to receive reimbursement for travel and other expenses as provided in the Howard County budget after submitting vouchers under specified circumstances.
