Entitled:
Consumer Protection - Household Goods Movers - Charges for Services

Synopsis:

Requiring a household goods mover, before providing household goods moving services to a consumer for an intrastate move, to provide the consumer with a written estimate of the cost of the household goods moving services; and prohibiting a household goods mover from charging a consumer an amount that exceeds the written estimate by more than 10% without the consent of the consumer.
