Worcester County - Liquor Dispensaries - Alcoholic Beverages Purchases and Sales

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Liquor Control Board of Worcester County to acquire alcoholic beverages from any source for resale and to sell at wholesale specified alcoholic beverages to licensees at specified times; repealing the requirement specifying that the Board pay a $3,500 salary to an alcoholic beverages law enforcement officer; and repealing the requirement that the officer be appointed by the County Commissioners subject to the approval of the State's Attorney.
