Entitled:
Tax Credit - Electric and Hybrid Vehicles

Synopsis:

Establishing a credit equal to 50% of the motor vehicle excise tax for qualified electric and hybrid vehicles titled in the State from July 1, 2005, to June 30, 2008; requiring that qualified hybrid vehicles meet specified fuel economy ratings; and establishing a maximum credit for electric and hybrid vehicles.
