Harford County - Alcoholic Beverages - Special Class B (Inn) License - Modifications

Synopsis:

Repealing current provisions of law relating to the 7-day special Class B (inn) on-sale beer and light wine license in Harford County; establishing a 7-day special Class B (inn) on-sale beer, wine and liquor license in the county; specifying a minimum number of rooms or suites and other requirements an inn must have to qualify to be licensed under the Act; specifying fees for licenses issued under the Act; and authorizing the holder of a license under the Act to hold catered events catered by the license holder.
