Synopsis:

Establishing a 7-day Class B-BB (bed and breakfast) on-sale beer, wine and liquor license in Harford County; providing the qualifications that must be met for the issuance or reissuance of a license under the Act; restricting the holder of a license under the Act to the sale of alcoholic beverages to specified on-premises consumption and to specified individuals who are guests of the establishment; authorizing the holder of a license under the Act to keep for sale and sell alcoholic beverages during specified catered events; etc.
