Crimes - Fourth Degree Sexual Offense - Person in Position of Authority and Student

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person in a position of authority in a specified public or private school from engaging in a sexual act, sexual contact, or vaginal intercourse with a student who is a minor under circumstances where the student is enrolled at a school where the person in a position of authority is employed; defining "person in a position of authority"; and providing for a specified statute of limitations for the prosecution of a misdemeanor created by the Act.
