State Board of Nursing - Miscellaneous Provisions

Synopsis:

Altering the terms for the president and secretary of the State Board of Nursing; repealing a provision that prohibits the limitation of delegating specified nursing functions to specified geriatric nursing assistants and medicine aides; authorizing the Board to issue temporary practice letters to specified nurse practitioners and nurse-midwives; establishing that the Board may take specified action if an applicant or licensee violates orders from the Board; etc.
