Natural Resources - Program Open Space Funds - Transfer to Maryland Heritage Areas Authority Financing Fund and Required Study

Synopsis:

Increasing the amount of money authorized to be transferred in a specified manner to the Maryland Heritage Areas Authority Financing Fund from specified funds distributed to Program Open Space; and requiring the Maryland Heritage Areas Authority to conduct a specified study and submit a specified report to the Governor and specified committees of the General Assembly by December 1, 2005.
