Department of Health and Mental Hygiene - Maryland Medical Assistance Program - Reporting by Large Employers on Enrolled Employees

Synopsis:

Requiring large employers in the State with at least 10,000 employees that do not provide health insurance benefits to their employees to report to the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene on or before June 30 of each year on the number of employees employed by the employer in the State and the number of employees enrolled in the Maryland Medical Assistance Program; requiring the Department to make an annual report to the General Assembly; etc.
