Synopsis:

Transferring the administration of the Cease Fire Council from the Department of State Police to the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention; specifying the staff for the Council; and requiring that the Assistant Attorney General assigned to the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention be the legal advisor to the Council.
