Synopsis:

Providing statewide jurisdiction for the Park Police of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission investigating the crime of fraudulent use of personal identifying information; providing for specified limitations on the authority of the Park Police; and requiring that notification of a crime of fraudulent use of personal identifying information occurring on specified property be made to a specified chief of police.
