Synopsis:

Increasing fees paid to the Maryland Horse Industry Board; establishing a specified fee to be paid to the Maryland Horse Industry Board; altering the inspection schedule for stables licensed by the Board from an annual to a biennial schedule; continuing the Board in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (Sunset Law); etc.
