Purchase of Child Care - Appropriation

Synopsis:

Providing that a specified appropriation for the purchase of child care contained in the State budget for fiscal year 2005 be used solely for the purpose appropriated; requiring that there shall be no budgetary transfer to any other program or purpose; providing that specified funds shall not revert to the General Fund and shall remain available for a specified purpose for fiscal year 2006; etc.
