Cecil County - Planning Commission - Meetings - Notice of Time, Place, and Agenda

Synopsis:

Requiring the Planning Commission for Cecil County to publish in a specified newspaper notice of the time and place of meetings together with a summary of the proposed agenda for the meeting once a week for 2 successive weeks; requiring that the first notice be published at least 15 days before the meeting; and providing that when the agenda contains an item that, by law, must be decided by the Planning Commission within a specified period, the period is stayed for up to 30 days.
