Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission - Commissioners and General Manager - Duties and Removal Procedures MC/PG 107-05

Synopsis:

Providing that, in Prince George's County, a commissioner of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) may be removed by a resolution of a majority of the members of the County Council under specified circumstances; providing that, in Prince George's County, a hearing on the removal of a WSSC commissioner shall be held by the body initiating the removal; etc.
