Synopsis:

Decreasing the number of days per month that an inmate serving a term of confinement that includes a consecutive or concurrent sentence for a crime of abuse of a minor or sexual abuse of a minor is allowed as a deduction in advance from the inmate's term of confinement; expanding specified limitations on parole eligibility and the receipt of credits prior to the revocation of parole to include crimes of abuse of a minor and sexual abuse of a minor; etc.
