Synopsis:

Authorizing the Prince George's County Council, sitting as the district council, to delegate specified land use powers to the governing body of a municipal corporation in the Maryland-Washington Regional District in Prince George's County; requiring a party of record to appeal to the district council before appealing to the circuit court specified actions of a municipal corporation; authorizing the district council to take actions by specified votes on review of specified actions of a municipal corporation; etc.
